This just in and we have a feeling it is going to make a lot of people uncomfortable. If we thought that it would take some time to topple Mukesh Ambani’s $1 billion home off the top of the most expensive home list, we couldn’t be more wrong.
This $12.2 billion home is a collaboration between Swiss firm exklusivHAUS and Liverpool based luxury product designer Stuart Hughes for an unnamed client. We have no idea who this could be, but if we were to guess, there could only be a handful of people in the world who could pull this off.
The house resides on a secret location on the Swiss side of the Switzerland-Italian border. It has a living space of 725 square meters, a 388 square meter terrace, a 245 square meter cellar (which includes a special wine Cellar) and a 4 parking place garage.
So how could a home be possibly this expensive? Well, listen to this:
…what makes this the most bespoke living place , is its made from over 200,000 kilograms of solid gold and platinum fixtures and fittings Specially designed flooring , right throughout are made from meteoric stone with shavings of original Dinosaur bone from the 65 million year of Raptor , the T-REX! Embedded in each tile.
There you have it. Gold, Platinum and meteoric stone with dino dust! That stuff is expensive!

tropical island yacht1 Luxury Tropical Island Yacht Concept : A Private Paradise
Everyone dreams of exceptional things wainting to happen, of memories waiting to be gathered and of creative ways to explore the surrounding world. This fascinating tropical island yacht project is a dream come true for its designers, the UK based yacht design company Yacht Island Designs. The floating tropical island would be made out of steel and would measure 90 meters in length, plenty of room to build a luscious and luxurious environment that would sail away in the sunset. A volcano built on the yacht guides water flowing down to the pool, where huts and luscious greenery surround it. The concept yacht was called the Tropical Island Paradise. A retractable beach deck in the back of the yacht presents an additional comfortable relaxation zone. With four VIP guest suites and a fascinating owner's suite built into the volcano, the yacht is equipped with high-end features like a cinema, library, games room, gym and sauna. This is an introduction to luxury yachting – themed yachts – and the idea seems to be an exciting new venture in the world of custom, luxurious yacht design. Love or hate the concept?

We are back again with a fresh set of beautiful, groovy living rooms for your viewing pleasure. So, whether you are into the beachy, nautical look or you are more inspired by Japanese interior decor, there is just about something for everyone in this set. [Designer Credits: At the end of article]
This modern, white all-marble living room suggests color-blocking with the pops of purple and yellow. This minimally furnished space draws more attention to the adjacent balcony and the streamlined shelves. I enjoy the tiled walls and floors of this cream-colored living room. The shag rug and funky furniture and lighting add a 70's vibe. This dark brown wood paneled living room is a super bachelor pad. Bonus: BMW and bicycle parking! This minimalistic room with neutral, modern furniture offers a few pops of color in wall art and a chair. The door of the attached outdoor courtyarrd is glass, which allows more light and color into the room. Modern Japanese-style living room offers low furniture, a Japanese-style ceiling and metal wall art, along with bonsai tree accessories. These living room walls are made of wood paneling which also give off a 70's vibe but the gold details make it a bit more upscale. This living room is bold and sharp, with black and white shades, but dainty touches such as the green curtains, the wall decorations, and etc. This edgy black and white living room with graphic prints on the wall and pillows, is quite trendy and elegant. This modern living room combines white and red, with a modern vibe and angled high ceilings with recessed lighting. It is simple yet dramatic. This is a blue and white, nautical, beach-house living room complete with striped rug, comfortable white furniture, and beachy wall art.
