Welcome to an apartment displaying a beautiful Scandinavian design! A bold wallpaper with stripes in gold and black sets the style of the hall. The floor is made up of beautiful bright planks, carefully considered to provide the right soft feel against bare feet. From this room the inhabitants can reach an inner hallway which can further take you in two directions. To the left you will find the living room and to the right-the kitchen.The bedroom can be found between the kitchen and living room. Two tall windows welcome natural light inside, which contributes to the overall peaceful feel. The first thing that catches your eye when you step into the living room is the beautiful creamy white porcelain stove that adorns one of the corners.The black and gold tones harmonize nicely with the parquet oak floor. The room is large enough to accommodate a sofa, TV unit and reading area in a delightful, inviting manner.

Designer Michael Samoriz of Ukraine-based Umbra Design Studio came up with this chair that constructs a new idea when it comes to seating unit design. Created as an elegant silhouette of the well-known seating unit, the Outline Chair displays a fantastic shape that compliments a modern home. We were impressed by Berlin-based architectural visualization firm, Wojciech Piwowarczyk’s modern renderings of living rooms, kitchens, and even office spaces. What unifies these vastly different spaces however, is a sense of simplicity, functionality, and a rebuttal of superfluous decor. The office renderings in particular are almost austerely simplistic, with only long desks and modern chairs as part of the decor. The apartment spaces are also clean and uncluttered, but flooded with a sense of lightness and vibrancy. With Piwowarzyk less is more, but it works.

Looks like a fun deck up there! Desks and chairs atop a dresser and graphic prints that open up the walls.

Here is another neat apartment from them.

Notice how the partition in the living folds side ways to reveal a bedroom.

Quite a handy trick!
