World’s Most Expensive Home: $12.2 Billion (Yes!)

Label:
This just in and we have a feeling it is going to make a lot of people uncomfortable. If we thought that it would take some time to topple Mukesh Ambani’s $1 billion home off the top of the most expensive home list, we couldn’t be more wrong.
This $12.2 billion home is a collaboration between Swiss firm exklusivHAUS and Liverpool based luxury product designer Stuart Hughes for an unnamed client. We have no idea who this could be, but if we were to guess, there could only be a handful of people in the world who could pull this off.
The house resides on a secret location on the Swiss side of the Switzerland-Italian border. It has a living space of 725 square meters, a 388 square meter terrace, a 245 square meter cellar (which includes a special wine Cellar) and a 4 parking place garage.
So how could a home be possibly this expensive? Well, listen to this:
…what makes this the most bespoke living place , is its made from over 200,000 kilograms of solid gold and platinum fixtures and fittings Specially designed flooring , right throughout are made from meteoric stone with shavings of original Dinosaur bone from the 65 million year of Raptor , the T-REX! Embedded in each tile.
There you have it. Gold, Platinum and meteoric stone with dino dust! That stuff is expensive!
